Thanks to the Sponsorship of U.S. Embassy Yaounde, HOFNA Cameroon and 5 Mandela Washington Fellows from Cameroon Gerald K. Afadani, Zoneziwoh Mbondgulo Wondieh Violet Fokum, Hilda Bih and Christelle Bay C will be having workshops in the NWR Region of Cameroon from January 28th to January 30th 2015 with theme: Investing in women and Girls, a Guarantee to a sustainable future. Specific Focus will be on understanding GBV and engaging men and boys in the fight against child trafficking, Child/early/forced marriage and other forms of Gender Based Violence.

First, a workshop with 60 participants (Fons, sub-chiefs, female title holders) in Nkambe, then a workshop in Bamenda town with taxi drivers, barbers, saloon owners and other opinion leaders...you will surely want to join us in our march around Bamenda town on Thursday, January 29th from 11 am - 12.30pm (meeting point - entrance to Cathedral Big Mankon Bamenda) with bike riders, to raise awareness on and call on ALL to put an end to all forms of GBV.
